Tom offers existing clients strategic counsel, predominantly in real estate and intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience with most all types of real estate transactions, from large commercial (office/retail) developments to small residential condominiums. As Past Chair of the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar Computer and Internet Law Section, Tom is also knowledgeable about a wide range of technology related subjects. However, his counsel extends far beyond these two practice areas, including matters such as formation, financing, governance, copyright and trademark, asset and stock transactions, and other on-going operational and marketing opportunities.

Tom received his law degree from Willamette University College of Law, and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science/Business, with a minor in Mathematics, and completed the Business Leadership Program at the University of Puget Sound.
