     Our firm has advised numerous emerging businesses and new ventures, including issues of creation, formation, and enterprise selection (sole proprietorship, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, S-corporation, or C-corporation). Lawrence Brown, a professor of taxation at Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, is available to provide specialized tax counsel.
