Miller Nash Welcomes Randal Johnson to Growing Real Estate Group

Portland, OR – Miller Nash is pleased to announce the arrival of Randal A. Johnson to its real estate team. From the law firm of Ater Wynne LLP in Portland, Oregon, Randy brings a wealth of experience in all facets of real estate law, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing, and development.

Randy has represented a variety of developers and users in their commercial, industrial, and residential projects. His specialties include representing national and regional developers and retailers on the development, leasing, and management of retail properties, having worked most recently with Powell’s Books, Inc. in the leasing and development of its Beaverton, Oregon store. Randy is well-versed in the real estate needs of companies and routinely advises them on the development and implementation of their real estate strategies.
