Jeffrey Chicoine will be presenting management’s perspective to Employment Relations Board rulings from this past year at the annual Public Employment Relations Conference, set for April 24, 2007, at the Portland Convention Center.

Wayne Landsverk and Verne Newcomb have been listed in The Best Lawyers in America again for 2007 in the area of Labor and Employment Law. They were selected through an exhaustive peer-review survey in which thousands of the top lawyers in the U.S. confidentially evaluate their professional peers.

Wayne Landsverk has been elected to the Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee of CUE, Inc., an Organization for Positive Employee Relations. Verne Newcomb, a longtime member of the Committee, has been elected to emeritus status. There are 22 lawyers on the Committee in the US, Canada and the UK. Wayne and Verne are the only lawyers in the Northwest on the Committee.
